The hotel suited our needs. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly and helped with the free parking. The ambience felt really quiet and the service was good!

Although everything was really good, some of the staff were disappointing.

Stayed here recently and had a fantastic experience. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom had great water pressure in the shower and nice quality toiletries. The location was perfect, just off the M1, making it easy to travel north or south. The staff were friendly and informative. Despite a minor issue with the aircon, the overall stay was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The weather was warm, had really comfortable stay of 2 nights. All the staff was incredibly welcoming and exceptionally nice, resolved my issues. Everything was very good, its great on-site restaurant was a bonus.

Thoroughly enjoyed Raymond Terrace, the hotel was recently renovated to dinner options in the area. The location of the venue was central, adjacent to river and shops, Queensland, and the restaurant for dinner which was nice. Moreover, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Riverside Park.

Furthermore, the staff members are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant interaction throughout our stay.

Great value for money. The hotel offers affordable prices for clean and tidy rooms with basic amenities. The location is excellent, being in the center of town and close to the Bowling Club, pubs, Newcastle airport, and dinner on the river. We had trouble with our air conditioner and were unable to get it to work properly. We tried calling reception but couldn't get through and when we visited reception in person, they were closed.

Had an incredible time during New Year's at this cozy motor inn. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Loved the complementary tea and coffee provided in our room. The location was perfect, within walking distance of some great shops and restaurants. The pool was a fantastic bonus – a great way to cool off during the hot weather.

The menu needs updating as some items were no longer available, which was a bit disappointing. some parking spaces were tough to navigate when it got full.

The hotel was in a fantastic spot, handy to everything and providing easy access to dinner on the river. The town centre was also close by and great for exploring. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and excellent service. Breakfast was satisfying, and the towel rail was a nice touch. The motel provided a quiet and peaceful space for me to unwind.

The soundproofing could be improved, and the street noise was somewhat disruptive.

Lovely staff, central location, good restaurant/bar, room service, relaxing pool, gateway to Port Stephens and Hunter Valley.

There was nothing I didn't like.
